I brought my truck in for an air bag recall which that service went fine. I also wanted the steering to be looked at since it’s very stiff, won’t return to center after a turn without turning the steering wheel back by hand, and seems like the power steering isn’t working which feels very unsafe to drive. I was told to either live with it or take it to another shop to see exactly what is going on. Will not be back to this dealership for anything.

The staff is great. & I have enjoyed getting to know them over the years. However as far as the products and recurring maintenance, I am a bit discouraged, disappointed, and frustrated with continued warning lights coming on especially after having service done. There seems to always be a problem under the hood of the 2014 Chevy Cruz, so much that I may consider 2nd opinions from here on out. I can’t afford the labor & parts for never ending service needed nor can I afford a newer used or different vehicle at this time. Quite maddening to say the least.

Please note that i took my vehicle in do to it running rough and stalling repeatedly. I got it to the dealer at roughly 10:00am. At around 11:00am they called and said it was done so after lunch i went to pick it up and the technician stated that when he was driving it around the parking lot that it didn't run very good...said it stalled on him a few times. I asked why they had called me and stated that it was ready. He said that they were told by the parts manager that they were to put some evap kit on it and that was all they did. The invoice for $460 stated that the kit was per customers request. I never requested anything other than to fix the truck. Not sure how any repair place could handle a repair like that.
