Great personalized service! I had my suburban in for an oil change and tire rotation, and the service department was able to help me with some other maintenance details. They went out of their way to help replace a particular fuse and assist with new wiper blades. It was a great experience.

Recently had back up camera issues, it was taken care of within a weeks time

scheduled my appointment on line on email that was sent to me! Then went on that date and there was no record of the appointment and I had to reschedule!!! was told I was the 3rd person that had.that happened to and there must be a problem. Don't send appointment emails if they don't work !!!!

Expecting to determine the time and manner in which to return my current leased vehicle, and finalize selection of my next leased vehicle, I was extremely surprised and happy to be told that all the details could be arranged that very day. My choice was available and would be ready for me to drive off the lot that afternoon. I have the exact vehicle I specified and am very pleased with the features and terms of the deal.

Good place for your automotive needs

I was alone. It was dark. I had no where else to turn. I knew my oil needed changing, but I didn't know who I could trust. I backed out of the driveway and headed down the highway of hope, looking for an answer. 30 miles outside of town I saw it: towering on a billboard crowned with and anthropomorphic fish it beckoned in the evening air, and I finally knew what to do: Tuna Can. And I wept.

I am new to this dealership. I wished the service guy would have explain the checklist to me and helped me to understand some things. I will be stopping out to get such help. For example, why was my battery marked red on the paper and not told why.

Battery went dead on my 2014 impala. I dropped it off at about 4:30 pm just before closing. Was called at 8:30 the next morning that it was ready to pick up. Nick and Kevin worked it in and got me back on the road. As always they always do a good job of taking care of my service issues.

Kevin and his guys went above and beyond great work. They replaced parts that were worn out that I didn't know about but did it cause while we are in here, so it I don't have to do the work twice. They also knocked it out in a day and I was expecting 2-3 days without my truck

The service dept. at Vetter is good about explaining things and helping me understand what's going on with my car. My problem is not with the mechanics/technicians it is with this: This 2022 Equinox - purchased new - has just under 30,000 miles on it and has VERY SERIOUS AND VERY EXPENSIVE PROBLEMS THAT ARE HIGHLY UNUSUAL FOR A VEHICLE WITH THIS LOW MILEAGE. I can only think defective....LEMON. I will be pursuing this via every avenue I can as this is an untenable situation. So much for "buying American"!! Very disappointed.
